Decision- Conduct Discipline and Disputes Committee
A complaint against Susan Sykes was determined by the Conduct Discipline and Disputes Committee on 20 September 2019. Susan Sykes was found to be in breach of Laws 74Al ., 74A2. and 74B2. of the Laws of Bridge and in breach of the New Zealand Bridge Code of Conduct arising from her behaviour at the bridge table at the Hawkes Bay Congress on 3 June 2019 being comments and remarks made to and about an opposition player. There is an order that Susan Sykes is reprimanded and censured and an order that there be a publication by the Board of the Committee's determination.
