Keep Bridge Alive Global Campaign

Bridge has been described as being like a vegetable... "being good and good for you."

An international campaign to promote bridge, to get people of all ages to learn, has been launched by the University of Stirling
in Scotland. This is what its organizer, Scottish international bridge player and professor, Samantha Punch has to say:

"The campaign has started to go global with nearly £20,000 raised to date (target 45K). However, KBA still has a long way to go and we really do hope the international bridge community will get behind this campaign.

Please help us get the number of supporters up to over 200 before I arrive in Memphis in one week to promote the Keep Bridge Alive initiative in the USA where I hope to get them to match 200 donors.

Of course whilst everyone’s personal circumstances and ability to help differ,  I do hope that you may ask if TDs  could announce it at the start of sessions or events because telling people verbally about the campaign alongside visual reminders of the poster/leaflet is helpful in getting people involved.

I attach a short KBA video available via this link

Every penny counts, no matter how small,  donations help us spread our message and mobilise:
